Establishing a joint venture with Skydance Media and raising $50 million fund

To enter the Asian film market, we established a new corporation. The name of the new corporation is WYL MEDIA. This corporation was established as a joint venture with SKYDANCE MEDIA. It is the first step to enter the Asian film market with a vision. The Asian film market has grown by leaps and bounds recently.
